Prestbury Road, Cheltenham

Prestbury Road sits within the Cheltenham conservation area and number 73, a sizeable Regency building at the end of the terrace, is also Grade II listed. Its owners asked us to look at options for internal modifications and a ground floor extension which would improve the connection between house and garden. The resulting proposal is rendered to match the surrounding buildings but is otherwise clearly a modern addition. We received planning permission and listed building consent in 2018 and we are currently in the detailed design phase ready for a start on site in summer 2019.
